Art2link Corporation seeks BizTalk Enterprise Architect/Developer in Carmel, Indiana. (& other US locations as needed)

Work closely with project team to deliver superior solutions for our customers. Lead architecture & design sessions. Perform highly visible, complex proof of concept engagements. Work with project team to gather appropriate requirements. Model and document complex business processes. Architect complex data and object models. Design and document human based workflow processes. Evangelize company solutions around BPM and SOA. Mentor team members and perform code reviews on a regular basis. Assist in all aspects of solution testing and testing documentation. Develop, execute, and ensure compliance with global integration development team strategy, architectures, standards, best practices, methodology and processes. Supervise positions such as junior developer, senior developer, tester and documentation specialist.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 10 years of experience. Requires 5 years experience architecting in a team role and 5 years experience in Microsoft development technologies (BizTalk, XML/XSLT, .Net). Requires 3 years experience in architecting/developing .NET solutions in C# or VB.Net, architecting/developing BizTalk solutions, at least one BizTalk enterprise adapter or BizTalk accelerator, developing/administering SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 databases and developing SharePoint solutions. Requires experience with MCTS with .Net Framework 4.0 (minimum), Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006/2010 and SharePoint 2007/2010. Requires experience with MCPD with ASP.Net Web Development, Azure or SharePoint. Requires experience in all aspects of unit testing, performance testing and user acceptance testing, designing, building, maintaining and troubleshooting large/complex enterprise level systems and the ability to debug and write code. Requires experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004/2006/2006 R2/2009/2010, development, deployment, configuration and debugging of Orchestration, Transformations, Messaging Components, Pipeline and Adapters, developing application with and configuring adapters like WCF adapters, File Adapters, FTP Adapters, HTTP Adapter, POP3 Adapter, SMTP Adapter and Creating and Deleting Adapter Handlers, developing and deploying custom pipeline components, custom assemblers and disassemblers for BizTalk 2006 R2 or above, Microsoft BizTalk Rule Engine, developing and publishing Rules, Facts, Vocabularies, Conditions and Actions, Business Activity Monitoring in BizTalk 2006 or above, BAM Observational Model, Tracking Profile Editor, and Business Intelligence Components, and Managing and Administering BizTalk applications using Backup and Restore Procedures, BizTalk Administration Console, and Health and Activity tracking.
