Talk to an architect who has shipped what you’re building.

Tell us what you’re trying to do. The right specialist responds inside one business day — we don’t route through SDRs, and we don’t schedule a discovery call to schedule a discovery call.

After you submit

What happens between “send” and the working session.

Day 1

Acknowledged

A senior architect confirms receipt and assigns the right specialist based on your intent and vertical. You get a name and an email reply — not an auto-responder.

Days 2–3

Scoped

Working session scheduled, or written-assessment intake form sent. NDA in place before any environment inventory is reviewed.

Day 5

Delivered

For assessments: the written deliverable in your inbox — tailored to your environment, with concrete next-step recommendations and your indicative timeline.

Frequently asked

What people ask before sending the first message.

Will I have to talk to a salesperson first?

No. We send written work — assessments, reference architectures, working-session prep — before any sales conversation. If you only want the written deliverable and never want to take a call, that’s a valid outcome. Several customers ran two assessments with us before they were ready to schedule a meeting.

What does the architecture review actually involve?

30 minutes by default, extendable if useful. We start with the question you brought; the architect maps it to the Art2link patterns that apply (or honestly tells you it’s not the right fit). You leave with a written summary of what we discussed and a tailored reference architecture sketch. No slides, no demo unless you request one.

Do you charge for written assessments?

No. Migration assessments, EDI partner audits, FHIR readiness reports, and architecture reviews are free. The written deliverable is yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed with Art2link — share it internally, send it to your auditor, use it to scope vendor RFPs.

What if I’m an existing customer and need support?

Use the docs portal link above for product documentation. Enterprise support customers have a dedicated channel that’s in your onboarding pack. If you’ve lost the channel info, mail contact@art2link.com and we’ll route you within the hour.

Can I send confidential information through this form?

Don’t. The form goes to our intake system; treat it as suitable for "we run BizTalk, 14 servers, want to talk." If you need to share environment diagrams, system inventories, or PHI/PII, we set up a dedicated secure channel after first contact — usually within 24 hours, NDA in place.

Are you available outside US Eastern hours?

Yes. We work across multiple time zones. The "one business day" reply window is US Eastern by default, but if you’re in EU or APAC, mention it in the message and the assigned architect will work within your hours. Several of our practice leads are based outside North America.
