What is the Art2link ESB Partner Program?

A structured program built around two designations. Resellers sell Art2link ESB licenses to their customers for partner margin - including managed service providers who operate it on their behalf. Solution Partners build and deliver client integrations on Art2link ESB. A partner can hold one or both, and every designation includes deal registration, Microsoft co-sell alignment and enablement - with the platform always deployed inside the customer’s own Azure tenant.

What is the Art2link ESB Partner Program?

A program for partners who serve the Microsoft and Azure stack, structured around two designations: Reseller (resell Art2link ESB licenses, including managed service providers) and Solution Partner (build and deliver client integrations on Art2link ESB). A partner can hold one or both designations, each with its own benefits.

What is the difference between a Reseller and a Solution Partner?

A Reseller sells Art2link ESB licenses to customers for partner margin, and may also operate it as a managed service. A Solution Partner delivers integration work - assessment, BizTalk migration, implementation and custom development - on Art2link ESB. Partners who both sell and deliver hold both designations and receive the combined benefits.

Can a partner hold both designations?

Yes. Reseller and Solution Partner are independent designations. Many partners hold both - selling Art2link ESB into their accounts and delivering the integration work on it - and unlock the full set of program benefits, including a named partner manager.

Do you compete with partners for delivery work?

No. Cerebrum City builds the Art2link ESB platform and supports partners behind the line. Registered opportunities are protected, and partners own the customer relationship and the resale or delivery revenue.

Is Art2link ESB available on Azure Marketplace for partners?

Yes. Art2link ESB is a transactable offer on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, which lets partners transact through their customers’ existing Microsoft agreements and align with the Microsoft co-sell motion.
