These are the public terms of the Art2link ESB Referral Program. They are identical for every referrer. Introduce a company that could use Art2link ESB; we run the entire sale; and on a closed-and-paid deal you receive a fixed per-plan finder’s fee.
The Art2link ESB Referral Program lets an individual introduce a company that may benefit from the Art2link ESB integration platform. Cerebrum City conducts the entire sales process. If the introduction leads to a closed-and-paid Art2link ESB purchase, the referrer receives a fixed finder’s fee under these terms, which apply equally to every participant.
This Referral Program is for individuals who introduce a company — you do not sell, quote, or implement anything. It is distinct from the Partner Program, which is for firms that resell Art2link ESB licenses or deliver integrations on it. If you represent such a firm, the Partner Program is the right fit.

Government and regulated-sector buyers are carved out entirely — see Section 10.
Submit the referral form on the Referral Program page. You provide the referred company, a named contact at that company and their business email, your relationship to that contact, and the required eligibility attestation (Section 8). A person reviews every submission — there is no automated funnel.
To act on a referral we need a named contact at the referred company and their business contact details. By submitting, you confirm you have a genuine relationship with that contact and a reasonable basis to believe an introduction is welcome, and that you are permitted to share their business contact details with us for this purpose.
We will contact that person in connection with the referral, tell them how we were introduced if they ask, and handle their information under our Privacy Policy. No fee is paid in connection with any contact who is part of the purchasing decision, or any government or regulated-sector buyer.
A referral qualifies only if the referred company is genuinely net-new — not already an active opportunity or customer at the time of submission — and the deal subsequently closes and is paid. Where two people refer the same company, the first qualifying submission applies. One fee is paid per referred company; fees do not stack.
By submitting, you confirm that: (1) you are permitted by your employer and any applicable policy or duty to take part and receive a reward; (2) you are not an employee, contractor, or decision-maker who can influence or approve the purchase at the company you are referring; (3) your introduction is genuine and you have a real relationship with the referred contact; (4) to your knowledge the referred company is not a government body or a buyer in a carved-out regulated sector; and (5) the information you provide is accurate. A false attestation voids any reward.
The reward is a fixed per-plan finder’s fee — not a percentage that scales with deal size:
A free Starter signup earns no fee. The fee is set by the plan on the first closed-and-paid contract; a later upgrade does not trigger an additional or higher fee. One fee is paid per referred company, and the amounts are the same for every referrer.
No fee is payable in connection with any purchase by a government body, public entity, or buyer in a regulated sector (including, without limitation, healthcare buyers whose purchase touches patient data or a government health program, financial institutions subject to anti-inducement rules, and any buyer subject to public-procurement rules), regardless of who made the introduction.
The fee is paid within 30 days of the referred company’s payment clearing. In the United States we collect a completed W-9 before payment and report the fee (Form 1099) where required; referrers are responsible for their own taxes. For referrers outside the United States, payout currency and any local tax or reporting requirements are confirmed at enrollment.
We process your information and the referred contact’s business contact details only to operate the program — to review the referral, make and follow up on the introduction, and administer any reward. We handle all such information under our Privacy Policy, use it only for the referral and related follow-up, and never sell it.
Cerebrum City may update or end the program at any time. The terms in force at the date of a qualifying submission govern that referral.
Participation does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or reseller relationship. Referrers do not quote, negotiate, or contract on behalf of Cerebrum City, and make no representations or warranties about the Product on our behalf.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the program will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
