Referral Program

Know a company that needs to connect its systems?

Introduce them to the Art2link ESB. You make the introduction — we run the entire sale. When the deal closes and is paid, we thank you with a flat finder’s fee. Public terms, the same for everyone.

  • Public, uniform terms
  • Flat finder’s fee
  • We run the whole sale

What is the Art2link ESB Referral Program?

An individual referral program. You introduce a company that could use the Art2link ESB enterprise integration platform. We take it from there and run the entire sales process. If the company signs and pays, you receive a flat finder’s fee — a fixed thank-you for the introduction, not a commission that scales with the deal. The terms are published here and are identical for everyone.

How it works

Four steps, and we do the hard part.

You never have to sell, quote or implement anything. You make the introduction; we carry the deal.

Step 01

You refer

Submit the company you think could use Art2link ESB, and confirm you’re eligible to refer it.

Step 02

We sell

Our team owns the entire conversation — qualification, demo, pricing and close.

Step 03

It closes

The company signs and pays for Art2link ESB. We confirm the referral was net-new.

Step 04

You’re thanked

You receive a flat finder’s fee. Same terms for every referrer, documented in writing.

The reward

A fixed finder’s fee — a genuine thank-you.

We keep the reward simple and honest: a fixed finder’s fee for a successful introduction, paid once the referred company has signed and paid. It’s not a percentage and not a commission — just two clear per-plan amounts, the same for everyone.

Grow plan $500
Enterprise plan $1,000

A free Starter signup earns no fee. The fee is set by the plan on the first closed-and-paid contract.

  • Fixed per-plan fee
  • Paid on closed-and-paid deals
  • Same terms for everyone
  • One fee per company
  • Set by the plan purchased
  • Tax handled properly (W-9/1099)

Who can refer

An honest introduction — nothing more.

The program is built to stay clean and above board. That protects you, the company you refer, and us.

You can take part if

You can make a genuine introduction

  • You know a company that could use enterprise integration or is moving off BizTalk.
  • You’re permitted by your own employer to take part and receive a reward.
  • The introduction is genuinely net-new — the company isn’t already in our pipeline.
How we keep it clean

Some people we can’t reward

  • Anyone who can influence or approve the purchase at the company they refer.
  • Government buyers and regulated-sector purchases — carved out entirely.
  • Anyone whose participation would breach their employer’s policies.
Represent a firm that resells or implements software? The individual finder’s fee isn’t the right fit — the Partner Program is built for you, with margin, deal registration and enablement.

Questions people ask first

Before you refer.

What is the Art2link ESB Referral Program?

An individual referral program. You introduce a company that could use the Art2link ESB enterprise integration platform. Cerebrum City runs the entire sales process, and if the deal closes and is paid, you receive a flat finder’s fee. It’s separate from the Partner Program, which is for firms that resell or deliver Art2link ESB.

How is the reward structured?

The reward is a fixed per-plan finder’s fee — not a percentage that scales with deal size: US$500 for a Grow plan and US$1,000 for an Enterprise plan (a free Starter signup earns no fee). It’s paid after the referred company signs and pays for Art2link ESB, and the fee is set by the plan on the first closed-and-paid contract.

Who is allowed to refer a company?

Anyone who can make a genuine introduction and is not part of the purchasing decision at the company they refer. To keep the program clean, we exclude anyone who can influence or approve the purchase at the referred company, and we don’t operate the program for government or regulated-sector buyers.

Why do I have to confirm I’m not a decision-maker at the company?

Paying someone to influence a purchase they control would be a kickback, not a referral. The eligibility attestation — confirming you’re permitted to participate and aren’t part of that company’s purchasing decision — is what keeps the program a legitimate, above-board introduction for everyone.

When and how do I get paid?

The finder’s fee is paid after the referred company closes and pays for Art2link ESB, on a genuinely net-new introduction. In the US we collect a W-9 and report the payment as required. The terms are public and identical for every referrer.

How is this different from the Partner Program?

The Referral Program is for individuals who simply introduce a company — you don’t sell, quote or implement anything, and we run the whole deal. The Partner Program is for firms that resell Art2link ESB licenses or deliver integrations on it. If you represent such a firm, apply to the Partner Program instead.

Make an introduction.

If you know a company that could use enterprise integration, tell us. We’ll take it from there — and thank you with a flat finder’s fee if it closes.
